While using Sharpen AI, the program crashed. I attempted to reopen it and it crashed each time. I reinstalled the program and it still crashed when I tried to open it. The home screen shows for about a second, then the error message comes up. I am using a Mac. I did restart the computer before reinstalling the program to no avail. I am up to date with my operating system.

If you are hoping to get this resolved quickly I would use email and give them the details. I have had good luck going this route, there are a lot of posts to sift through and I’m not sure they catch them all.
