I expected so much more from this software. I can do much better manually in Photoshop. I don’t know if a refund is possible, but this is the worst purchase I have ever made in my life. Total waste of money. I can see it being help for a total amateur who does not know how to use Photoshop, but if you are an experienced photographer with skills in Post, this software won’t help you at all. I’ve tried using all the tools the software has to offer and I am in shock that AI technology cannot do better. I feel as though I have been scammed by the examples that were shown on what the software does automatically. I definitely would like a refund if that is possible.
Just curious, as an Art director of 25+ years what made you decide to purchase an AI product ?
I was excited to try an AI based software and have seen many amazing things AI can do. I guess I thought it would help speed up my workflow when I get images that are not quite sharp. However, I can do such a better job than the software, it is worthless to me.
My biggest mistake was I did not see there was a free trial until recently.

Wow, what a sweeping statement … you are saying that all the users are amateurs because they don’t know how to use PS and you can get better results removing noise, sharpening and upscaling in PS.
You can see from reviews and the users here that many are professional and many use it as a plugin from PS & LR.
