Bloom is joining Topaz for Web

We’re sunsetting the Bloom app and bringing all Bloom users into Topaz for Web. The transition starts today, and Bloom will close on October 13, 2026.

Existing Bloom subscribers keep their current plan, now with Pro Image access: unlimited processing up to 256 MP, with up to 8 images at once.

Prompting & Multiple Outputs

The creative controls you use in Bloom are now in Topaz for Web. Upload a single image to the Bloom 2 or Creative Upscale workflow to unlock extra options:

  • Prompting: Guide the result by describing what you want to see.
  • Multiple Outputs: Generate several variations in one run and pick your favorite.

These options appear whenever you run one image at a time. Batches of multiple images use the standard workflow settings.

:rocket: New Models

Starlight Fast 3

Starlight Fast 3 is the next generation of our Starlight Fast line. It’s a diffusion video enhancement model built for quick iteration and deadline-driven work, for both GenAI and archival footage.

It renders up to 4× faster than Starlight Precise 2.6 with comparable 4K quality. At 1080p output it processes up to 7 frames per second, so a 10-second clip finishes in under 40 seconds. It also uses scene splitting, which detects cuts within a clip automatically to keep results stable and consistent across scene changes.

What’s new in Starlight Fast 3:

  • Up to 4× faster than Starlight Precise 2.6
  • Comparable 4K output quality to Starlight Precise 2.6
  • Significantly improved skin, text, and fine detail over Starlight Fast 2
  • Scene splitting for better temporal stability at cuts

Starlight Precise 2.6 Speed Boost

Starlight Precise 2.6 now has a Speed Boost option. It renders up to 10× faster for 2× the credits, with the same Precise 2.6 quality.

Which should you use? Pick Starlight Fast 3 when you want speed at standard cost. Pick Precise 2.6 when you want the highest quality, and turn on Speed Boost when you need that quality fast.

Wonder 3.5: Fixed an issue that caused visible tiling in some results.

Portrait Enhance (new)

A dedicated workflow for decent to high-quality portrait photos that need a professional finishing touch. Portrait Enhance combines lighting and color correction, denoising, sharpening, upscaling, and face recovery in a single run, with no back and forth between tools.

  • Lighting & Color: None, Subtle, or High. Subtle gives a natural lift to tone and balance, and High is best for flat or underlit flat shots.
  • Denoising: Runs automatically and cleans up grain and digital noise.
  • Sharpen: Toggle on for added clarity and edge definition.
  • Upscale: Choose your output scale while preserving natural detail.
  • Face Recovery: None, Subtle, Medium, or High. Higher settings bring out more definition in skin, eyes, and fine features.

General Enhance is back on mobile. You asked, we listened.

:warning: Known Issues

HDR with Starlight Fast 3 and Speed boost: HDR isn’t supported yet when using Starlight Fast 3 or Starlight Precise 2.6 Speed Boost. A fix is on the way soon.
