I’m having trouble installing Topaz Photo (wonder 2). I get the following message on my laptop:

Status: wonder-2-20260218.zip

and then the installation stops. I’m using Windows.

Ik heb problemen met het installeren van Topaz Photo (wonder 2). Ik krijg op mijn laptop de volgende melding:

Status: wonder-2-20260218.zip

en daarna stop de installatie. Ik gebruik Windows.

If the installer is stuck at wonder2-20260218.zip

  • Go to this folder by copy and pasting this path in File Explorer:
    C:\ProgramData\Topaz Labs LLC\Topaz Photo\models\

  • Once in the models folder: Delete any files named wonder2

  • Then rerun the installer as a choose Repair; Topaz Photo v1.4.1 - Windows: Download

  • Retest to confirm if the issue is fixed.

If the issue is not resolved:

  • We will need you to revert to v1.3.3 - Windows: Download

  • Send to support@topazlabs.com an mail with your app’s log from Help menu > Open Logs folder and we can troubleshoot

Repaired PC here Windows 11 Home 25H2(new one, after only 2 months), I have to install all programs again.
The download of Photo 1.4.1 took 13 hours. Since ca 1 hour the install seems blocked:
Status: Wonder-2-20260218.zip Extracted 19/2818 files.
What happens when I cancel? Do I have to do all over again?

@hans.van_haren - see steps in above yellow reply. We will update here once a fix is found and released for what is blocking that model on some machines from properly unzipping

Circling back to let you know that the issue with your process in Topaz Photo stuck on wonder as now been fixed in our latest Topaz Photo patch, v1.5.1

If any issues remain after installation, we will need you to contact support@topazlabs.com with your logs so we can look into it.

You can get your logs by following these steps:

Logs: To gather logs, open Topaz Photo and go to the menu bar on the top and go to Help > Open Log Folder.>> Grab all the files in that folder and Zip them into 1 folder, and attach thm to the email to Support
