rtx 4070 ti super works.
RX 9070 XT will not work at all.

The RX 9070 XT only has 16GB of VRAM and the Starlight Mini model requires 20GB of VRAM for use on AMD GPU cards.

The RTX 4070 TI Super though can be used as Nvidia cards only need 10GB for Starlight Mini to work due to their architecture.
