Please, what is the simplest way to rotate an image by 90 degrees in Topaz Studio 2? Thank you.

Studio 2 does not yet have that capability. Rotate in a product such as Windows Photo Viewer first.
FastStone Image Viewer is also a great no-cost utility for image resize and rotation. (so good that I paid them when not really required; good Karma and all that).
