I have uploaded a preset into the Topaz Studio Community area - named Torcello Rostami Xtra 01 - which recreates The Rostami Effect.
Feel free to modify and use as you wish!

I went to check it out and notice that I’m not seeing any community saves including yours. An alphabetical search brings up preset thumbnails but they all appear to be authored by Topaz. I don’t use the public ones as a rule so it wasn’t noticed previously.

Aha…in trying to figure out if I needed to redownload Studio…there is a notification that User Presets are not active at this time pending maintenance activity.

If you PM me your email I can add you to the Dropbox where the community is temporarily sharing custom presets.
