When Topaz Labs software tells me that there is an update, I try to download and install, but often my attempt fails at various points in the downloading process (sometimes at 3%, at other times at 30%, 60% or even over 90%).
I can understand that this happens for various reasons, but my complaint is that my new attempt starts all the way back and 0%. My request is that somehow you can make the download resumable, so that what’s been downloaded in the previous attempt is not totally wasted.
