Restore automatic upscale after crop

In some earlier 1.x and 2.x versions of Photo AI, if automatic upscaling of small images was enabled, images cropped down to a suitable small size would be automatically upscaled to a size chosen by the AI model. Now, in 3.0.2 and some previous releases, it is necessary to select Upscale from the enhancement menu and a default 2x upscale is used unless the user picks a different value. It would be better if the cropped image size were used to determine if automatic upscaling should be done, as happens with a small original image (or one cropped in another tool).

Steps to reproduce issue:

  1. Load a large image (e.g. 6000 x 4000)
  2. Crop to something smaller, e.g. 900 x 600
  3. Must select Upscale from Enhancement menu and 2x default is chosen
