I am a Founding Customer
I downloaded Topaz Photo (v1.6.0) directly from my account page. However, when I try to activate the software by entering my email, it immediately shows an “Invalid email or password” error.
The “Log In” option in the top Account menu is also greyed out, so I cannot authenticate via browser.
Please check and refresh my license activation status on your servers so I can log in.
