Resolved in v1.4.1 | Installer issues on some Windows machines

Our development team is looking into installer issues occurring with some Windows machines with the latest v1.4.0 update.

Make sure to update Windows to the latest version to avoid conflicts and incompatibilities.

If you have any issues with the installer:

The installation process is always stuck here and cannot be completed. At this point, the software can be used, but after shutting down and restarting, the software disappears

A successful installation is not a solution anyway. The software crashes immediately after loading an image.

@514675540 - the development team is aiming to release a patch for some Windows machines having issues with the installer today, we will update this thread once relaased

@Williburger - if you have crashes, it can be caused by incorrect models by this installer issue causing conflicts and crashes. You can check when patch released today (v1.4.1) and if issues remain, we will need to see logs at Support: Steps here to Reach Support and send logs and we can have a look!

Is this patch a complete new version or should it be applied over version 1.4 ? I’m asking because I have downgraded to version 1.3.3.

It will be a new version number, when released it will be v1.4.1.

We will update here when released and you can stay on v1.3.3 for now!

Does this include new downloads where the SUBSCRIBE box will not go away?! I paid today, and cannot use the app because the stupid “upgrade” panel won’t go away. It’s frustrating.

This is not related. Looking at your account, since there was a failed payment it may cause conflicts, i have reset this and you can test now.

For anyone that had installer issues qith v1.4.0:
v1.4.1 was released (for Windows only) - since it is only a fix for the installer issue that was occuring on some Windows machines. On Mac or ARM machines, v1.4.0 remains the latest version and v1.4.1 will not be an option.
