A minor inconvenience - Gigapixel no longer remembers custom settings such as size. For example, I need to manually select “2X” for a size change, and then enter my custom dimension each time I open a new picture. Previous versions of the software opened with the custom dimensions ready to go.
I’ve only noticed the problem in the most current versions of the software - now 1.0.7

If you can reliably reproduce the issue we’d be interested in seeing a screen recording and gathering the logs from that session.
You can use Loom to create a video and send us the link to review.
To gather logs:
- Launch Gigapixel and go to Help > Open log folder
- Look for the Logs folder, right-click, and compress it
- After compressing, attach that .zip file to your reply

I do have the upscale and resize settings set to what I want. The software indicates that it will save my picture to the larger size but it doesn’t zoom in to the picture within the software as it normally would to show the picture is being enlarged, unless I make the few extra clicks each time. Looking at the properties of the saved picture proves that it was not resized before being saved. This is not a big deal at all, but maybe something to look at if others report the same thing.

We do have similar reports stating that there is unexpected behavior relating to the Upscale and resize Preference I mentioned earlier.
If you’re working in v1.0.7 and have logs to share during sessions where this issue occurred, please attach them in a message addressed to help@topazlabs.com.
