I’ve experienced several instances where I’ve specified a cloud conversion job using Starlight Sharp at 4K resolution but the converted file is 1080p. Yet, I’m docked credits at the 4K rate… very not happy.

Our team is aware of this issue affecting cloud exports and working to resolve it!
When cloud export, videos whose frame aspect ratio does not exactly match the DAR (Display Aspect Ratio) will be exported at a slightly different frame size than specified. Local exports will output the correct frame size.
For example, upscaling 852x480 DAR 16:9 video to 3840x2160 will output it locally at 3840x2160, but on the cloud it will output it at 3832x2160.
