When I try to upscale a photo as a wonder model, it keeps getting stuck in the queue and then crashes… I’ve been having this problem since this morning
Gigapixel IOS isn’t working today too stuck at 90%
Cloud render Gigapixel 1.1.3 still don´t working. Few hours just status Queued only. Ten images uplouded ok. Problems was yesterday too.

I have the same problem. Several pictures for hours in the cue without anything happening.

Another comparison. I am the owner of Gigapixel AI 8.4.4.. I used it now because I still have credits. The cloud works without a problem, 32 files in Redefine realistic Subtle mode were rendered in about 15 minutes, without errors and without waiting. The same amount in Gigapixel 1.1.3 two days ago, when it still worked, took almost 3 hours, of which three files “failed” and I had to send them to the cloud again.
There was an issue with cloud rendering earlier today. This is now resolved.
