[RESOLVED 11/24/25] Login issues with Video Enhance AI 2.6.4

I still cannot log in to Video AI (I own and using version on 2.6.4)

Our team pushed a backend update that should have resolved the activation and model download issues in 2.6.4, can you try again and let me know if it works?

Topaz Video Enhance AI couldn’t be used starting this morning.
First, when logging into the app, it showed an error.

After that, another error appeared as shown in the screenshots.

Then I uninstalled and reinstalled the software, but after that I couldn’t log in through the app anymore.
