It would help, if there were a possibility in Photo AI to use a scale factor bigger, than 6x, like it’s possible in Gigapixel AI. There’s a warning, that GAI falls back to “traditional methods after AI runs”, but the result in GAI (last beta 6.3.0.1 I can run) is still impressive even after using “traditional methods”.
In PAI, this would be probably even more impressive, as the new two “standard” models offer even more details after upscaling (enhancing in PAI).
When there is a need for greater than 6X I’ve always just resorted to doing the upscale in multiple passes.
