Running Topaz Video slows my system down too much to use while performing other tasks and I find it preferable to run when I am not actively using it myself; often overnight when dealing with very long clips. Additionally, it is frustrating to go one by one through 12 different clips I want to queue up and process at the time I need to step away. The queuing could be done earlier and then started later.
I would like to see a manual start option for the queue so that I can queue everything I want done and then click a start button when I am about to step away from the computer for a while. I very much dislike the autostart the moment something is queued. The autostart also inhibits me from previewing settings for other files that I will also need to queue up and run in the same batch if my max processes are already in use. Any processing being done slows down the ability to quickly preview a few frames as well.
Additional options such as a “start when idle for X-minutes” or “start queue at X-time of day” would be even more helpful for when I forget to manually start it myself in the evening. Include the ability to adjust these options as well instead of canceling the entire queue to enter a new time delay or start time.
Thank you for your consideration.
