Renew your Subscription coming up i am Subsribed

i am trying to use topaz video and the renew your subscription tab keeps coming up I’ve only just renewed my subscription

There are some connection issues that the team is working on addressing that are affecting some users when trying to log in.

If you see the subscription pop-up, click in the top right corner and sign out completely from the app and then sign back in. This has helped cleared the cache and connection for some users.

If that does not work, please grab the logs and send to the support team at help@topazlabs.com

To gather logs, please select Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.
