Reinstalled Topaz and upgraded, won't accept my activation

I recently reinstalled Topaz on a new machine and upgraded for another year. Now it says my email “does not own Topaz Photo AI” and tells me to buy a license. Email is good and gets me logged in, how can I get Topaz to accept it?
