@TPX Yeah, I did. They said the same thing you did, it’s outputting the file in ‘proxy’.
But there are already other programs I am using now. Know what? The other programs defaults output to pro res and has a check box that asks, ‘output file is same resolution as original?’, which I check. The files are slightly larger. Footage is improved. Maybe not great, but better than before.
Let me guess, you’ve uninstalled and reinstalled Topaz Video several times and deleted the data that’s also in the remaining folders between the two processes.
Now that I think about it, it could be that your output folder is not the folder where you output your videos, but the proxy folder.
Go to the settings and see where Topaz Video saves the output.
