I am trying to use the “RECOVERY” function but it is not working. I am using a 1000x667 photo as suggested, the function starts but gets stuck at around 10% and does not progress further. This malfunction also occurs when it has to generate the preview. I have tried versions 7.1.1, 7.1.3, and 7.1.4.
