Recover Face is not functioning. It automatically selected one face and recovered but not the face next to the recovered face. Also, I am not able to place the window over the face I want recover. Any ideas?
I tried to save the image and open it one more time but the selection window is jumping only on the one which was already recovered.
Can you go to Preferences > Autopilot > Face Recovery and set your Default Face Detection to All and see if this resolves the problem you are having with Topaz Photo AI
I have the same problem. Changing the settings does not help. If this is what the updates are supposed to be about, I think it would be better to return the programme.
