I'm receiving a Recoverable error when trying to output a 1080p 30fps video at 4K 60fps.
My system specifications are as follows:
Windows 11 Home
Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D 8-Core Processor (4.20 GHz)
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070ti
RAM: 32GB
logsForSupport.zip (2.5 MB)
The logs show a few errors.
First, when exporting a video you will need to put it within a folder on your desktop or in your documents folder. Going straight to the hard drive or within the main app folder is not ideal as that runs into permission issues.
Second, lets check the GPU driver that you are running and see if there is an update to a newer Studio Driver that will run more stable. NVIDIA drivers update page
Third, this looks like a very long file that you are running and that could be part of the issue here. Let’s make a few changes on the export, first swap to MOV or MKV as the container over MP4 as these can be a bit more stable when exporting. The file will be larger but you can compress it or limit the bitrate to help with that.
Then open the Preferences Panel and lets change the following settings.
File>Preferences>Processing
-
Ensure that your GPU is selected for the AI Processor
-
Set the max memory to 80%
-
Set max processes to 1
-
Save the settings and close the panel.
-
Re-run your clip through the process that you were trying.
If you still run into any further issues, please send the logs to the support team directly at help@topazlabs.com so we can investigate further.
