HOW TO OPEN A SUPPORT TICKET

If you encounter a new bug or issue with Photo AI, the fastest way to reach us is to write us an email at help@topazlabs.com. This will open a Support ticket with us and we will troubleshoot with you :slight_smile: In the email make sure to send us:

  1. What app you are having issues with
  2. The bug / issue and behavior you have encountered. Give as much details as you can.
  3. Any screenshots as necessary.
  4. Your system profile (Instructions for Mac ) or (Instructions for Windows )
  5. Your log files that you can find in-app, then go to Help > Open Log Folder. Zip all the logs you see and send us the zipped file in your email - If your app immediately crashes, you can skip this part as it will not allow you to get the logs.

HOW TO CHECK WHAT VERSION YOU OWN

To check what Topaz app and what version of it you own:

  • You can go to your Account page - Top will have your Studio apps, and bottom your Legacy apps and installers.
  • If you have a subcription for Studio apps, these Studio apps are also accessible from your Apps Page
  • Make sure to use the email you used at purchase to login. If unsure, reach out to us at support@topazlabs.com with your full name and Order Number and we can help locate the account and products.


HOW TO REVERT TO A PRIOR VERSION

Click on the version you want to revert to, and you will find the Windows and Mac download link at the top.
