Purchased Over Two Weeks Ago — Still Stuck in Trial Mode, No Response

Hi Topaz Team,

I bought your AI software over two weeks ago, paid full price, and it’s still stuck in trial mode. I’ve reached out through your official help channels, but no reply or fix so far.

This is unacceptable for a paid product at this price point. If I don’t get a resolution or at least a meaningful response within 48 to 72 hours, I’ll be forced to take further action, including initiating a chargeback.

I’m hoping you value your customers enough to fix this promptly.

which TVAI version, logon process happens?

It just absolutely refuses to activate my gigapixel and my photo AI activated just fine when I bought them as a bundle but for some reason the video ai just refuses to activate no matter what I do and I’ve tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it multiple times I do not have another computer to try it on so if they can’t make it work I want a refund because clearly I can’t use it. I literally just renewed it to the latest version.

I really hope so that’s why I’m trying to get this taken care of otherwise I will have no choice but to initiate a charge back i’m not trying to do that which is why I’m trying to reach out to their support hopefully they’ll take care of it.

Just looked in our system and it looks like the Video team has replied back to assist with your support ticket. Also one of the account support team members did reply back to your original message but then did not get a reply back for several days.

If you can please reply to the Video teams message and send the logs from the app, and a screenshot of what you are seeing it will help them get this sorted out.

To gather logs, please select Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.

Here is a video to help with the steps of how to collect the logs.
