PSA for anyone using frame rate conversion models for movies non slow mo (topaz needs better documentation)

I just want to make a quick easy to find post about this to help others.

Ok, due to a lack of documentation I was having major issues converting my 24 fps movies to higher frame rate. The issue is that anything other than an even multiple will cause Stutter/jittery motion at times with ALL topaz models.

I find apollo to be the be the least artifacts. Chronos is pretty good to and has the smoothest pans, but it does have issues with fences and certain geometry and panning. So very occasional artifacts, but faster than apollo. Apollo takes twice as long with my gpu.

I use shutter encoder to go from 23.976 to 25fps, then apollo x2 to 50 and set my tv to 50hz. 50 hz is common due to europe using that instead of 60. This results in a beautiful result! Much better than my 2 pass method I described in another thread.

Also, I actually tried 25 to 100 fps in apollo and it looks absolutely amazing. luckily my tv can be set to 100hz in nvidia control panel. Results in regards to motion are stunning.
Pans in apollo at 100 fps are super smooth. Faster scenes look way better at 100fps than 50 fps.

Incredible results.
