The latest release 1.2.4 does not process Fujifilm RAW colours correctly. It leaves a green cast on the image which is hard to impossible to remove.

You need to provide more information such as your PC operating system & RAM, GPU and dedicated vRAM with driver version and then for the images: RAW format, Camera model etc.
And how are you processing … e.g. plugin to an application or standalone.
I run Windows 11 and the probelm manefests using the recommended plugin from LightRoom for RAW processing.

You forgot that …
You also forgot the RAW format and the camera, and the type of image passed to Photo AI.

What else do you need?
firstly try updating your GPU drivers from the NVIDIA website as they are way out of date and see if that helps. If it doesn’t you will need to raise a support request from the main website as the XT-4 is supported by the LibRAW RAW processing for RAW files used.
