Problem Installing Topaz Sharpen AI

I am having a problem installing Topaz Sharpen AI. I don’t have much room left on my C: drive so I am doing a custom install on my D: drive. When I change the install location of Sharpen AI to D:Program Files\Topaz Labs LLC\Topaz Sharpen AI and click next, I get the following message:

“D:\Program Files\Topaz Labs LLC\Topaz Sharpen AI is not writable by the current user.”

I installed Photo AI, NoNoise AI and Gigapixel AI successfully to my D:Program Files\Topaz Labs LLC.… drive. I’m not sure what to do to get Sharpen AI installed.

Can anyone help? Thanks.

I got help from Topaz technical support. There is a known issue with Sharpen AI install where it needs certain permissions for a folder. The easiest workaround is to let the install program create the Sharpen AI folder rather than create it yourself. Start the installation with the Sharpen AI folder not created and when prompted for program location just change the drive letter.
