I am planning on purchasing the bundle (PAI+VAI+Gigapixel). I have explored all the documentation/TOS and Privacy Policy to my satisfaction. There is just one concern which I have not found an answer for:
While using any of the products, at any point in time, does my media leave my local system? I will only be using local processing. I do not want my media (photos/media) to be uploaded to any cloud servers or be used to train AI.
I’d like to know this as well. I believe the answer is no, it does not leave your platform. I base this on https://www.topazlabs.com (main page) where it states: “Directly process video using your existing hardware.
Work on confidential and protected images and video without ever uploading to a server. Local processing in all Topaz products guarantees your work remains secure, while making for lightning-fast processing, too.”
It would still be nice to see this under the Privacy Policy. Main page advertising could claim “fluffery.”
