Pricing information mismatch

Hi,

For anyone discovering the Topaz offering, the pricing information on the Topaz web site is an absolute mess. Depending on which page one is looking at, he gets different information. You should redesign the whole pricing information and centralize it on a single page where everything is clearly explained.

I’m already an old Topaz customer but I’m confused when I try to explain the current pricing policy to colleagues.

By the way, when using the contact form (Contact Us button on the Plans and Pricing page), one can’t specify a GMail email address. Why ? What if you don’t use any other email address ?

Hi Williburger.

I can see why that gets confusing when you’re trying to lay it all out for colleagues!

The prices across the site are actually consistent, but what usually trips people up is the billing toggle, Annual, Monthly, or Annual Billed Monthly, so the numbers may appear different at first glance depending on the option selected.

The main exception right now is Topaz Image Web, where the original prices ($19/month or $17/year) are crossed out next to the new promo rates ($12/month or $9/year). Topaz Image Web, also doesn’t have an “Annual Billed Monthly” option like the main plans do.

If you want the clearest view of everything, the main Plans and Pricing page is still your best bet since it has all the pricing toggle options for all individual Apps and Plans.

As for the Gmail issue, the good news, the site isn’t broken! You inadvertently clicked the “Contact Us” link under the Enterprise Team section. That form is strictly for Business-to-Business (B2B) sales, so their system automatically blocks standard consumer email domains like Gmail or Yahoo.

If you just need general help or questions about pricing, scroll right down to the very bottom of the page and hit the “Get in Touch” button instead. That one will take your Gmail address with no problems.

Hope that helps clear things up!

Andy

@Williburger - the contact form you’re referring to is for our Enterprise team, which requires a work email address. Enterprise plans are intended for larger organizations, so personal email addresses such as Gmail aren’t accepted through that form.

For personal accounts, subscriptions, or licenses that aren’t on Enterprise pricing, you can contact our Support team here:

If you’re seeing any pricing differences or unexpected prices, please let Support know so we can have a look and relay any issue to the web team. When comparing prices, also make sure you’re comparing the same billing option, for example, Annual vs Annual, Monthly vs Monthly, or Annual Paid Monthly vs Annual Paid Monthly. It is also important to keep in mind the pricing on the website may differ then your pricing on your account, if you have locked in a sales price or if you have Founder Pricing.
