I cant see any previews in topaz, it just shows a black screen or crashes completly with multiview or whatever. I can only see them in explorer. I run a i9 and 4060 ( laptop).
Bought it 2 days ago but i’m going full refund on monday, but maybe I can get it atleast to work to export a video…
Topaz destroyed a good product with their money grab. Everyone defending them is just as bad.
Can you send the system profile report and the logs to the support team for review into this matter? help@topazlabs.com

To gather logs, please select Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.
We have seen users run into this issue when running an Nvidia GPU card with the FXAA feature turned on in the Nvidia Control Panel, or when running an older driver version.
If you can send those reports and logs I can take a look and see if we can get this working for you.
