Topaz Video AI will eventually generate a preview of a few frames after several minutes. Topaz Video (not sure why these are two separate very similar apps) doesn’t work at all.

Do a change in export settings, roll back and do not record your preset.
Video AI is the older app with the last version released was 7.1.5.
Topaz Video is the new app currently in version 1.1.1 that replaced the older app.
Can you share the logs from the app for the support team to review what the issue is here? Since the preview is showing as 0% and 0.0 FPS my guess is that it is stuck in the model loading phase before the process starts.
