Preview looks good but download looks the same as original. What am I doing wrong.

I’ve seen this too. Preview is inconsistent, doesn’t seem to be well connected to actual result.
This is a Adobe problem. I tried two different Topaz plugins and the same thing happened. It shows corrected in Topaz but when it goes back into lightroom it doesn’t sync so I don’t see what I changed.
I believe it also occurs without Adobe. I don’t use lightroom, and often I open and close the files directly in Photo AI,
So I can open a file in Topaz and it works fine. This only happens in Lightroom. I m trying to work with Adobe about this issue. If you have any recommendations please let me know. Thanks
