I had multiple videos I was scaling up to 4K, which is the resolution limit of starlight. Some were 2X, some were 3X, so I applied 3X to all of them. While their output resolution was the same, the process speed seemed quite a bit longer. This suggests to me that the internal resolution for starlight was not properly limited. If there’s going to be a resolution limit, it should also limit internally to save GPU hours.|
Note: One video was 1080p with a framerate of 60/s with a square aspect ratio and was scaled to 2880p. Is it possible that higher internal resolutions take longer to process? Even so, It should be more than 0.1 fps on Starlight mini
