It seems counterproductive to access the Photo AI RAW processor by going to Lightroom CC, File, Plugin Extras, Process with Topaz Photo AI. You have a plugin for Lightroom CC for Topaz Photo AI, but none for Topaz Photo AI RAW processor. I also think you need to change the name to include “RAW”
Currently the File > Plug In Extras will process RAW photos and the Photo > Edit In will process RAW photos as TIFs.
Thanks for your input, I can see how it can be unclear which workflow is for which file type.
So there is no way to create a hot key or short cut for this, this is actually annoying!
Is there a way to asign a short cut for this? I cannot figure out. Thanks
Lightroom, is currently not a plugin we officially support. We are looking into its feasibility in the future. However, it does not allow for RAW/DNG processing as a plugin, only JPEG at the moment. This limitation is why we do not support it as a plugin.
If you are working with JPEG images, it would be recommended to start with your unedited JPEG image and use the plugin to access Photo AI. Once you have made your edits using Photo AI, export your image back to Lightroom CC, where you can make final edits.
