In a video with a person on a Zoom call, Iris looks best since it’s mostly a face on screen. However, Iris will make the pictures in the background with people’s faces also come to life, with facial expressions that are very creepy. Only Iris has this issue, but all the other models will make the primary subject have uncanny weird creepy AI eyes and a melted plastic face. It would be great if Topaz Video had a similar functionality to the photo versions of Topaz where you can select the faces.
It would be excellent to have a masking tool to only select specific areas to apply a model like Iris, however, we are not quite there yet!
Have you tried Artemis LQ?
Yes, I tried every model, with multiple settings with no luck.
Could you post the input and exported file and a screen recording where you point on the specific issue?
Oftentimes it is easiest to share a screen recording for issues like this to quickly show me exactly what is happening. I use Loom for screen recordings since this is a free and easy to use app.

What name did you upload it under? I cannot find anything under your name
Sorry, I hate stupid dropbox, because it just automatically signs me into whatever random dozen accounts I have access to as an editor. It looks like yesterday it decided that it was from this account: delaney@podiumeducation.com
