PhotoAI upscaling vs Gigapixel

There was a closed thread about this from August, but there have been many updates since then. My question is whether the upscaling from PAI is the same as that from GP when set for the same degree of upscaling. One reason I’d like to know is that GP is the largest app on my mac at 11 GB and I’d love the extra space.

Its about the same but TPAI does handle saturated colors better.
