Looks like their version of Plotograph! But a lot less expensive. Thanks Don. Always on the lookout for fun apps.

Plotagraph-like photos are really easy to emulate inside the Video Workspace on CC2018. Set a key frame, then another. Make a 2 second timeline. Use Free Transform on say, a waterfall. Stretch the waterfall - key frame 1 waterfall as normal, key frame 2 waterfall fully stretched. Place first key frame at start, and second key frame at end… dadah!!!

It’s an interesting concept. You can make quite usable SHORT video clips GIF MP4 etc for inclusion in longer video projects - sorry my files are too large to post here ---- but PM me and I’ll DropBox.
I’m not into video production! just a curious soul!
