The input file (5121x3461 pixel) can be raw (ARW) or DNG, doesn’t matter. The output DNG file come up with a size of 256x173 pixel. If the output is TIFF or JPEG than it comes with the original size.
When I open the DNG file in PS, it comes even with the original size.
Where is the problem??
Hi, I maybe wrong but, when you say that the output dimensions are 256x173 pixels, are you by any chance viewing the image size within File Explorer if so, then this is the dimension of the thumb nail and not your image.
Hence, when you open the image in Photoshop you get the correct dimensions
