Photo AI stopped working and is in demo mode. I have owned it for months and have updated as possible. In this day and age of ‘hide my email’ Apple pay etc, I cannot find the key to unlocking this again. Is there a file on my Mac that will have this info? My account page on the topaz website only shows denoise, which I purchased some time ago. Any help would be appreciated.
Raise a support request at the main website and they will be able to help the product must be listed on your account at Topaz Labs before it can be authenticated.
