Excellent results with Photo AI.
But - as I have occasional problems with my internet connection I am then unable to work because Photo AI refuses to continue due to “authentification”.
I understand that you want to avoid unauthorised use of the software.
But that is a nuisance.
Could there be a solution to that problem?
Isn’t it just activated online once and then ready for use offline too? 
Apparently not.
Are you logged into TPAI.
I scan and purge my PC once a week and when I do I have to log back onto the software or it attempts to run authentication.
It’s under account in the main menu.

Well… yes!
That did it!
I clicked on “log out”. I was then asked to “activate” - and I could then work offline…
