Pause and Resume functionality results in only the latter part being saved

When using Pause and Resume in the export queue, the part of the video prior to the pause is not kept in the final output, only the latter part is present. This is a critical issue rendering the pause functionality useless.

Steps to Reproduce:

  • Start a render
  • Pause it halfway through
  • Resume it and let it finish

Expected result:

The whole video is present in the output

Actual result:

Only the second half of the video (the resume point onward) is present.

Trying to replicate this and update the devs in 1.0.4 to see if it is still happening.
