I used the Aion model to double the FPS. I haven’t tried other models. I used pause twice during processing. Once without closing the program, and the second time I closed the program and continued processing the next day. Because I compared the source with the resulting file, it turned out that the frames were combined incorrectly in both places, deleting a frame or adding them.
Definitely it needs repairing.
We will need the logs to share with the devs to investigate this situation. Can you send those in and we can try and replicate on our end. help@topazlabs.com
Sorry, that was a few days ago. You have to do the tests yourself. I provided the recipe above.
I forgot to mention that it was on Win11.
If the situation is not reproducible on our systems, then we would need the logs from your system in case its a hardware or file situation contributing to the error. I will try and run a test when possible based on that information though to see what happens.
