When I try to open my sharpen ai that I just purchased and downloaded, it will only run in demo mode and will not let my activate my account. I am already signed in to my account. How can I run the program?
Please explain what you mean by “won’t let me activate my account”, I.e. what message are you getting? What OS, what browser? And are you logging in with the same email you used to buy it?
