Old Topaz Version won't run

We got an older Topaz license which we know we don’t get the updates for anymore, but we cannot even run that version without being blocked by a new subscription fee windows. We didn’t have this problem before. Any solutions so we can keep using the version we bought?

You could try a couple of things firstly, logging out then back in again and secondly checking if you or someone else have inadvertently downloaded and installed the latest version thinking it was an update.

If you have updated to a newer release version of Video AI from what your perpetual license covers, the app will launch in a trial mode and you will need to roll back and install the version linked to your account.

If you are seeing the subscription pop-up that means you have downloaded and installed the new app Topaz Video and that is not covered under the older perpetual licenses.

If you go to the “My Products" page and log in, you will see what version of the app you can use as owned. You can also email the support team and we can look it up for you and get the installer link sent over.

If you know the last version linked to your account, you can download it from the Video AI releases - community page.
