Offline not working again

There were some changes in the last few releases that reset how the authentication token is checked, and these are being worked on to bring back functionality to stay offline in situations like this.

There were some changes made in the app authentication that caused part of this issue and that is being looked into to get that corrected.

There is a broader discussion about how frequently the app will need to reconnect to the servers for subscription verification and those are ongoing at this time about how to best handle this aspect of the new subscription plans. The goal being that users can use their app without issue and have a clear picture of how often they will need to reconnect for a new token to ensure that processing tasks are not interrupted or apps unable to connect back due to limited internet access.

That’s a bit more encouraging anyway. I hope they get it sorted soon.

It’s disappointing that the latest update has still not resolved this issue. Surely it can’t be that difficult. Adobe seem to manage fine with their products and I have no difficulty working offline with them. Can I get an update of if or when this will be fixed. Thanks.

I have read the release notes for the latest update now and realise that you hope to remedy this soon. The sooner the better for me. I don’t have any problems with gigapixel or photo so hopefully you can make video the same.

Is there any clear indication when this will be resolved. It seems to be taking a extraordinary amount of time to fix.

This is still in the works; the devs were working on it earlier this week and are getting closer. Was just updated earlier today about it and fingers crossed it will be ready to roll out soon with a beta test.

This seems to be working offline now. I have used it twice in recent days offline.

Good to hear, with the release of 1.2.1 the auth tokens should be holding for up to 30 days at a time.
