What product are you taking about?
I think Waspy is asking if you are exploring possibility of using RTX tensor cores, not only CUDA with any of Topaz software.
He will have to ask at the main website with a support request because this is a user to user forum. I would think that Topaz will use the best possible options to improve quality and speed.
Currently TensorFlow from NVIDIA is used.
