Thanks for sharing the logs, they are showing that your system is below the System Requirements for Topaz Video and that is causing the hardware and available RAM to be overwhelmed when trying to run the AI models.
If you want to reach out to the support team directly at help@topazlabs.com, we can help with refunding the subscription plan depending on when you signed up.
Since this system only has 8GB of RAM it will not work with the models like Nyx to process your videos.
