Ai Denoise and Ai Sharpen installed in 30 day trial. Gigapixel purchased and installed.
System rebooted.
Denoise and Sharpen applications run from desktop shortcuts ONLY if I right click Run as> Administrator. My User Account is an Administrator.
The Denoise and Sharpen plugins are visible in LR (Edit in>) and PS (Filter>)
LR “prepares image for processing” but no Topaz control window opens, and returns TIFF copy result immediately.
PS has Topaz dialog “you are invoking an editor…” closed using Escape key, no Topaz control window, no processing applied.
My other plugins (Imagenomics Portraiture 3 Ai) works normally in both LR and PS.
I read and followed the plugin install instructions.
Any community help appreciated, if similar problem, please post.
