No support at all

Since there is no chance to get directly in contact with topaz-devs - no e-mail, no contact form, no chance to open a ticket - and no fixes for long time known bugs i decided to delete my Topaz software completly. (Shapren AI constant constant flickering on Mac M1 and topaz adjust constantly crashing )
I´m a professional photographer and i need my time for my job not to get frustrated. And no - i will not buy one of the actual apps. Sorry

Topaz Adjust is a legacy product and was dropped years ago. As a “professional photographer” you should know that. Sharpen AI is no longer supported, but still works fine on my M1 Mac.
If you log onto your account on the main website you will see a blue Contact Us button at the bottom right. The support team are usually quick to respond.

You just have to check the community to see all the problems reported with Sharpen AI - even a few days old. So why no hint that its not supported anymore in the threads ? The bug with the flickering screen is allready over one year reported - and never a fix was dropped. And happy that it works for you. Maybe you don´t use one or more display. But that is what most creators do.
All the contact buttons - even if i´m logged in - just lead me to the support sites with FAQs or the general How To´s.
Sorry about mentioning Topaz Adjust - i just realized today that i own a license. And just tried it. So nevermind - My bad.
And yes - i´m a professional Photographer and because of that mostly i use PS and LR and very seldom AI-Tools. But when i use it i need it to work properly …
